When the clouds are Dark

When you shoot buildings and landscape shots there is often a loss of detail in half of the image, generally the upper half. The sky is often overexposed and regrettably so for what makes you take an image is often the background along with the main subject. The solution could be a Filter, but in this day and age a digital solution like Photoshop / Gimp. I used Gimp to reclaim what seems lost in  the cloud. The image could have been better finished but 10 minutes gets you this.
