Cars and planes are not the best of toys,
they are just for what we as boys,
make an awful lot of noise,
for we like to play with sticks and stones,
even when they are the color of bones.

Rice is not White
The rice we eat is often not white, a creamy off white at the most. When I was a kid I remember my grandmother fussing over the overly polished white rice and how bad it was for me. Polished rice is further artificially enriched with nutrients. Doing this is mandated by law in the USA.
